Protocols for the Acquisition of luxury.co.in
The acquisition of the digital asset luxury.co.in (the "Asset") is a significant capital investment. To ensure the safety of both the acquiring entity and the current holding portfolio, the following institutional protocols are strictly enforced.
01. Institutional Escrow
Direct bank transfers are not accepted for the initial settlement of this asset. All transactions must be facilitated through an approved, neutral third-party escrow service. We exclusively utilize Escrow.com or Dan.com.
The asset (Auth-Code/EPP) will only be released once the Escrow provider has verified and secured the full consideration amount.
02. Verification of Intent
Inquiries received through the primary portal are subject to a due-diligence review. We reserve the right to prioritize offers from established corporate entities or recognized high-net-worth principals.
03. Transfer of Title
Upon successful verification of funds, the Seller shall provide the Auth-Code (EPP) within 24 business hours. The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring their receiving registrar is capable of accepting .co.in extensions.
04. Non-Disclosure Mandate
Given the prestigious nature of this asset, the Seller is prepared to enter into a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) regarding the final sale price.
05. Jurisdictional Notice
This Asset is registered within the .IN namespace. The Purchaser must comply with NIXI (National Internet Exchange of India) policies.
